Eight links, one chain

Eightpus is no longer just a consulting methodology; it is TCM’s growth system. It connects all eight links from strategy to sales. If one link is missing, the chain does not hold.

Strategy

Strategy

Where you are, where you want to be, and the distance between. No other link works until market, competition, resources and positioning are clear.

02

Business

Business

Who pays for what, and how much. Revenue lines, cost structure, margin and growth scenarios, this is where strategy becomes numbers.

03

Product

Product & Brand

The thing being sold. Product line, positioning, name, identity, packaging and visual world. The move from contract manufacturing to brand happens here.

04

Digital

Digital

The ground the brand runs on: website, commerce, order and stock flow, data structure. Processes living in spreadsheets become systems here.

05

AI

AI

The lever that changes production speed and cost. Campaign imagery, content, sales tooling and internal workflows, without building sets or growing headcount.

06

Partnership

Partnership

Bringing the right sides together: manufacturer, brand, distributor, technology company and investor. Here TCM stands on the building side, not the broker side.

07

Global Market

Global Market

Which country, which channel, which price, which fair, which month. A twelve-month executable entry calendar for the USA and Europe.

08

Sales

Sales

The end of the chain and its only real measure. Buyer conversations, orders, repeat business and growth. If you never get here, the previous seven links are theory.

Why all eight?

Because wherever the chain breaks is where the business stops. A beautiful identity with no market entry plan leaves the brand on the shelf. A buyer found with weak product positioning ends in a price cut. A site launched on top of a spreadsheet process outruns the team.

Eightpus exists to close those breaks one by one. Each link takes the previous one’s output as its input; the last one. Sales, is the measure of all of them.

FAQ

About Eightpus

What is Eightpus Strategy?

Eightpus Strategy™ is TCM Global's eight-link growth system: Strategy → Business → Product → Digital → AI → Partnership → Global Market → Sales. It is not a consulting methodology but an operating system that runs as one continuous flow from finding the opportunity to creating the sale. Each of the eight links takes the output of the previous one as its input, so no gap opens between them and the work does not stall at the presentation stage the way conventional consulting does.

What do the eight links of Eightpus stand for?

Strategy defines where the company is playing. Business builds the model that makes money from it. Product develops the thing that will actually be sold. Digital builds the layer that makes the product visible and buyable. AI changes the speed and cost of producing all of it. Partnership makes possible what cannot be done alone. Global Market puts the product in front of the foreign buyer. Sales turns all of it into real revenue.

Where does the name Eightpus come from?

From the eight links and from the octopus's eight arms. Each arm of an octopus moves independently but is directed from one centre. Which is exactly how Eightpus works: eight areas advance at once, all tied to a single strategy. Eightpus Strategy™ is TCM Global's trademarked system.

How is Eightpus different from conventional consulting methodologies?

Conventional consulting ends with a diagnosis and a presentation; execution is left to the client and usually stops there. In Eightpus, strategy is only the first link of the chain and the last link is sales. The system is built to finish at a point that can be measured. The second difference is that on most projects TCM takes a share of the revenue at the end of that chain: the methodology is not a document handed over but a way of running the work that TCM is inside of.

Is Eightpus applied end to end on every project?

No. Most companies enter in the middle of the chain. They have a brand but no global channel, or they export but have no brand. The first step is a diagnostic: which link is weak is identified, and the work starts there. Building all eight links usually applies only to projects where a brand is created from scratch.

How is an Eightpus diagnostic run?

It starts with a conversation: what the company makes, where it sells today, where the margin is being lost and which market is realistic. The eight links are then assessed one by one to find which is blocking the business. The output is a concrete roadmap showing which link to start from and what happens in the first 90 days. The diagnostic stage does not require a binding project commitment.
